The hotel is cool and wonderful. The heated pool is a nice feature. The location in a quiet residential neighborhood is favorable. The rooms are neat and silent. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. I hope this helps!

Hotel was really nice and front desk staff was great!

I hated the room service staff. Ordered a bottle of wine and the man asked to see my ID, which is perfectly okay. Beside the idiot did know what the months were.

I had a fantastic stay for a business trip at a centrally located place where they suggested a great breakfast spot.

GOOD--The hotel has some of the nicest landscaped grounds I've seen-- waiting for friends on the sheltered deck outside the pub was a pleasure, especially because the servers were charming and efficient. The same can be said for the waitresses in the restaurant where we had breakfast. The location was exactly where we wanted to be, and there were a slew of restaurantsnts and shops in the area and a metro stop right at the foot of the entry drive.

Inconvenient--- At about 1:30 am a fire alarm sounded and we were instructed to evacuate. Luckily, the alarm stopped within 5 mins. And we were still awake anyway. Also, a large conference was opening the night we were there and there was construction of booths in the main lobby which was more of a problem for the very helpful desk clerks than for us.

Spacious and super clean room with a comfy sofa bed 🛋️. Checking in was a breeze, and parking is conveniently available right on the premises.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the proximity to a local therapy center was fantastic, with the hotel located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.

Basic room, incredibly overpriced. I was expecting something alot nicer for the amount of money paid.

The pool was heated and I had excellent drinks in the Irish bar. The location of this hotel next to a conference with 1500 people, and restaurants, Metro, friendly staff, restaurants, gift shop and snack shop was great.

The rooms were fairly quiet and huge with good views. The location in a good area was marvelous. There were several stores and gift shops nearby. The hotel's central venue was only 700 feet from the subway station.

I liked the fact that a mini grocery store was available in the hotel. Also, we had an excellent waitress in the Pub for dinner 1 night. The check-in/check-out staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the on- site parking. The parking, as well as the location to the Zoo & Metro, were the reasons for choosing this hotel.

The television station selections were very poor. For the price, a full range of cable stations should be available, especially for families travelling with children/teens. Also, the waiter who served us one night in the Stone .... restaurant should be let go. He was rude, and his service was awful.

We greatly enjoyed being here. Everything was great, stunning location very close to the zoo, the staff were courteous.

Great hotel located in a safe area near Woodley Park Zoo metro station and lots of dining options. The updated double room we stayed in had a beautiful view and nice bathrooms. The bar and restaurant staff were fantastic.
